Extremely disappointed with both the quality of work and the attitude displayed. The workmanship was sloppy and far below acceptable standards. On top of that, the unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy were shocking. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. If this is how customers are treated, it’s no wonder there are so many complaints.

Frank has done all my cars and trucks for years since he was on Deans Bridge Rd. Some of the vehicles I still have and the tint still looking good.

I called around to get a quote. He was straight up and honest with me about prices and quality. I made an appointment, dropped my car off and it was absolutely gorgeous. I can see why he’s been doing windows a long time.

Very professional company I deal with them on all of my vehicles.

3/15/21 I took my car to Frank’s to have my windows tinted, they did a good job, but left my car a mess, I don’t know what they used to apply the tint but it was dripped all inside the car and the trunk and they didn’t clean it up. I was very unimpressed with the customer service, although the receptionist was very friendly. This was @ the location on Wylds Rd in Augusta Ga.
